Horses for First Responders

Horses for First Responders

The team at Wildflower Stables is grateful for the relentless work of our First Responders. We would like to provide firefighters, police, emergency medical technicians, nurses and dispatchers with an opportunity to decompress at the barn and spend time outdoors with our equine friends at no cost.

In this program offered on an as-needed basis, the team at Wildflower Stables will facilitate a one hour unmounted session in partnership with the horses.

Horses are natural healers who often help us find the strength and resiliency that we need to meet certain challenges in our lives. This is an opportunity for First Responders who are facing high-stress situations to take a moment for themselves in a supportive and non-threatening environment.

No previous horse experience is required to participate in this program. All activities are done on the ground with the horses.

The April 24th Session is a closed event. If you would like to learn more about booking a Horses for First Responders session for yourself, a loved one or your team members, please contact Info@wildflowerstables.com.
